Web 2.0

As a public librarian working on the front lines of the reference desk I have unknowingly incorporated Web 2.0 into my job.  As I go through LIS 631, Emerging Technological Trends in Information Access, I hope to gain more knowledge in Web 2.0/Library 2.0 application so I can provide better service to "my" public as well as to share with other staff members.
